Workshop on Emotional Well-being and Mastery

A series of insightful sessions on emotional well-being was conducted on 16th April at Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula, focusing on both students and educators.
The day began with an engaging session for students of Classes 8 and 9 on “Emotional Regulation and Stress Reset”, where practical techniques were shared to help students understand and manage their emotions, especially during academic and social pressures.
This was followed by a session for teachers on “Emotional Mastery for Educators”, aimed at enhancing emotional awareness, resilience, and effective classroom engagement.
The sessions were facilitated by renowned speakers Mr. Anil Bammi and Ms. Monika Bammi, bringing with them decades of experience in mindset and emotional intelligence. The initiative was organised by Mr. Ankur Malhotra, Founder Director of TRINITi.
Both sessions were highly interactive and well-received, leaving participants with valuable tools to foster emotional well-being in both personal and professional spaces.

The school Principal, Ms. Gulshan Kaur, appreciated the facilitators for conducting such a meaningful and helpful session, and for sharing practical techniques that benefit both students and educators.
