Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula successfully organised its two-day Parliamentary Debate Championship (PDC), bringing together over 100 talented young debaters from schools across the Tricity and neighbouring regions. The final day featured advanced rounds and an intensely contested Grand Finale, where participants impressed the adjudicators with their analytical thinking, persuasive arguments, and confident rebuttals on contemporary issues. The valedictory ceremony celebrated the outstanding performances of the participants, with winners and exceptional speakers being felicitated for their achievements. The championship provided students with a valuable platform to strengthen their critical thinking, public speaking, teamwork, and leadership skills while fostering the spirit of respectful dialogue and democratic values. The championship concluded with the presentation of awards and a vote of thanks.

Addressing the gathering, Principal Mrs. Gulshan Kaur congratulated the participants, mentors, adjudicators, and organising team for making the event a grand success. She encouraged students to continue expressing their ideas with confidence while respecting diverse perspectives, emphasising that meaningful debate inspires informed decision-making and responsible citizenship.
