Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula, in collaboration with the International Baccalaureate Organization's Generation Global programme, organised an interactive session on Dialogue and Global Citizenship on 6 August 2026.
The session was conducted by Mr. Shivanshu Arya, South Asia Partnerships Coordinator, Generation Global, who engaged students of Classes VIII, IX, and XI in
discussions on global issues, intercultural dialogue and the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). He encouraged students to connect with peers across the
world through meaningful conversations that foster empathy, respect and global understanding.
Appreciating the initiative, Principal Mrs. Gulshan Kaur highlighted the importance of such programmes in nurturing confident, open-minded global citizens who can
communicate their ideas thoughtfully and responsibly on international platforms.
The programme was conducted under the visionary leadership of Principal Mrs. Gulshan Kaur and was spearheaded by Ms. Sonia Arora, Head of Global Programmes, with the dedicated support of the faculty.
