Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula, celebrated Teachers’ Day with enthusiasm and warmth, paying tribute to the role of teachers in shaping young minds and building the nation’s future. The programme commenced with a tribute to Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan. A vibrant cultural programme added colour to the celebrations. Teachers showcased their artistic talents through a graceful Guru Vandana in Kathak, a soulful classical dance performance and a melodious Punjabi song. The occasion also witnessed the felicitation of teachers who achieved outstanding results in the CBSE Class X and XII Board Examinations and those who made noteworthy contributions to the field of education. A special moment was the recognition of Ms. Gopal Tanwar, Ms. Shefali and Mr. Anil Kumar for completing 25 years of dedicated service to the institution. They were honoured with a silver bullion and a planter. The celebrations also marked significant achievements for the school. Principal Mrs. Gulshan Kaur received the World Education Congress Award, while the school was ranked No. 1 in Haryana/Panchkula for Community Service.
