Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula hosted its Annual Prize Distribution Function, ‘Medha Manyata Divas’, with great enthusiasm and grandeur. The event was held over two days, on July 23 and 25, 2025, to recognize and honour the outstanding achievements of students for the 2024–25 academic session. The celebrations began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by the Principal and the members of Management. It was followed by an inspiring TED Talk-style session ‘Achievers’ Talk’ featuring the school's top achievers and CBSE Board exam toppers. Students from Classes X, XI and XII interacted with these trailblazers, gaining valuable insights and motivation.
The cultural programme featured captivating performances, beginning with a ceremonial invocation. A soulful Carnatic Vocal Music performance mesmerized the audience with its intricate rhythms. This was followed by a graceful Ganesh Vandana, where students offered dance and music as a tribute to Lord Ganesha. The celebration continued with an elegant Bharatnatyam dance, showcasing classical grace and concluded with a stirring Hindustani Vocal Music performance, highlighting the depth and essence of classical music, leaving the audience deeply enchanted.
The school’s annual magazine, ‘BVP’s Medha Manthan 2024–25’was released by the Principal Mrs. Gulshan Kaur and the School Management. Nearly 330 students were felicitated for their exceptional performance in academics and co-curricular activities. Srishti Sharma, the Class X CBSE National Topper and Akshita Jain, the Class XII CBSE Tricity topper (Non-Medical Stream), City Toppers Maanas Sidher (Commerce Stream) and Kimaya Aggarwal (Humanities Stream) and Medical stream School Topper Ishika Panghal were honoured during the event.
Notable awards included the Student of the Year Award, which was conferred upon Ayaan Aggarwal of class X and Anvi Muradia of class XII. Abhimanyu Yadav and Ishika Panghal of class XII were presented with the Major Sandeep Sankhla School Time Achievement Award. Aseesjot Singh (Class XII) was awarded Sh. Kulwant Singh Medal for Holistic Excellence, recognizing his all-round development and exemplary performance across academic and co-curricular domains. Principal Mrs. Gulshan Kaur praised the school staff for their dedication and commitment to academic excellence and value-based education. Medha Manyata Divas serves as a proud reminder of Bhavan Vidyalaya's enduring legacy of academic distinction and holistic development.
