A two-day Capacity Building Programme on Science Secondary was successfully organized on 25 th and 26 th November 2025, in Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula.The programme aimed at strengthening innovative teaching practices and promoting experiential learning in science classrooms.
The training sessions were conducted by distinguished Resource Persons, MS. Neetu Jhatta, Principal, Wishwood Cottage School and Ms.Shruti Dadhwal, PGT Chemistry, Vivek High School, Chandīgarh, who gave valuable expertise and insights to attendees. Through demonstrations, hand-on activities and interactive discussions, they highlighted effective strategies to make scientific concepts more engaging and student-centric.
Teachers from various schools actively participated and appreciated the practical approach of the programme. The sessions empowered educators with fresh methodologies that can be readily implemented in classrooms to enhance students’ understanding and curiosity in science.
The two-day programme concluded with positive feedback from all participants, reinforcing the importance of activity-based learning in fostering scientific temperament among students. The host school expressed gratitude to resource persons and the organizing team for the success of the event.
