SESSION 2022-23

  • Holi celebrations with Chetna students on 17th MARCH 2022: Students celebrated the festival of colours with Principal ma'am. Few Students performed dances and thoroughly enjoyed the festival. Sweets were distributed to each child.

  • HOLI CELEBRATIONS
  • Session began for students of Chetna group from 7th April 2022 with 29 students. Around 29 students who joined the Vidyalaya were from different age groups. Each and every child filled an admission form and submitted their adhar card for school records.
  • World book day celebrated with NSS students on 25th April 2022: Students of NSS encouraged each child to read and write and grow. They donated and distributed drawing books and crayons to each child. Students enjoyed learning aboutWorld Book Day.

  • Art & craft class by Mr Naveen on 26th April 2022: cfA workshop on paper craft was conducted for students where they learnt to make flowers and Xmas tree. Students were happy and excited to learn paper craft. Each child learnt to make a flower himself/herself. Few tried making Xmas tree which the little ones found difficult to make.
  • Registration of every child with Government school and NIOS: Students registered with Government Model Sr. Secondary school for Girls, sector 15, Panchkula and 4 students registered with NIOS for X class and 2 students for XII class.
  • Donation Drive started with staff members from 8th April 2022: A message was sent to all staff members making them aware of Chetna school run in evening in school premises for underprivileged children in school premises at 3pm to 5pm. All staff members were requested to give humble donations /contributions for these students so that their basic requirements of stationery are met. For cash- a donation box is kept in the staff room where the staff members can contribute generously on their special days. The amount donated is deposited with the school accounts office for time-to-time expenditure during festivals, celebrations for these students.
  • Staff members were also requested to give their services on a weekly basis for teaching these students with their area of expertise.

  • Adult education launched on 30th April 2022 on account of Labour Day: All Grade IV members celebrated Labour Day in school premises wherein Vice Principal Ms Sonia Pabby conveyed heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for supporting in all aspects of school life. Students of NSS sang songs in their praise like "Saathi hath badana", "Hum Hongekamyab" etc. Sweet boxes and Juiceswas distributed to all. On this day, under the able guidance of Principal Ms Gulshan Kaur, Headmistress Ms Anita Ranjan and Chetna School coordinator Mr Kanwarpreet announced the launch of Adult Education and called for all support staff member to learn and grow in society. 10 Support staff enrolled on first day for the classes.
