BOSA organises Ingredient in the spotlight BOSA (Bhavan Old Student Association) successfully organised theIngredient in the Spotlight- Inter House Competition for the students of class 7 on May 24, 2025. The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from the students of class-7 who highlighted the richness and versatility of a single ingredient either a seasonal fruit or super food through engaging presentations and inventive culinary ideas. The initiative reflected core values of student empowerment, creativity and collaborative learning. The highlight of the event was that it was curated and judged by the alumni of the school-Mr Shaurya Rohterpal of batch 2016, Mr Nirmit Grover and Mr Vansh Khera of batch 2023. They even took the workshops of the students a week prior to the explain and guide the students about the kind of ingredients they can use to make their dishes healthy and attractive. The result of the event is as follows: First Position: Shubham House - Jayeta Kanwar (VII D), Keerat Bhatia (VII D), Avika Agarwal (VII A) * For an outstanding concept and flawless execution that impressed both the jury and the audience.Second Position: Sundaram House - Peehu Goyal (VII D), Agamjot Kaur (VII D), Chehak (VII E) * For a thoughtful presentation and a creative use of the ingredient that stood out.Third Position: Shivam House - Araina Saina (VII E), Sanjana (VII D), Palak Maurya (VII E) * For originality and passion reflected in every aspect of the entry.Appreciation Award: Satyam House - Amber Saharan (VII C), Yashika Gandhi (VII B), Seeyal Jain (VII B) * For a commendable effort and innovative approach deserving of special mention. Principal Mrs. Gulshan Kaur applauded the participants for their enthusiasm, creativity, and dedication, highlighting how such student-led initiatives nurture confidence and collaborative spirit. She also commended the efforts of the team BOSA for curating this event.
