A big salute to the brave soldiers of my country. A salute to your selfless duty, to thesacrifices of your comfort, your family, and sometimes even your life.
You owe your duties selflessly to the motherland, bearing the scorching heat of Jaisalmer to the freezing cold glaciers of Siachen. We are sitting comfortably in our homes just because you are there protecting the motherland at the borders. We respect you from the bottom of our hearts.
Hats off to you for your courage, bravery, and spirit of sacrifice for the nation, hats off to your life. The poem following is completely dedicated to embrace you:
YOU ARE A SOLDIER
YOUR HEART IS IN THE LAND,
YOU FIGHT FOR OUR PROTECTION
AS YOU WALK UPON THE SAND.
