To mark the Pearl Jubilee of the school, Bhavan Vidyalaya, Panchkula organised गौरवमय सफर : 30वाँ स्थापना स्मृति दिवस समारोह on April 20, 2024 in the school auditorium. The day became more special with the presence of esteemed Chief Guest, His Excellency Honourable Sh. Banwarilal Purohit , Punjab Governor and Administrator of U.T. Chandigarh. The event commenced on a very positive mark with lamp lighting by His Excellency Sh. Banwarilal Purohit which was followed by showcasing the journey of 30 years of the school through theatrical drama and dance performance. The event revolved around the visionary ideals of a luminary figure Dr. K. M. Munshi who founded the Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan in the year 1938. The young Bhavanites reflected his ideals i.e. आनो भद्र कृतवो यंतु विश्वतः ‘Let noble thoughts come from all sides’, सर्व धर्म सम भाव: ‘All paths lead to the same truth’ and वसुधैव कुटुम्बकम् : ‘The world is one family’ that have helped form the foundation and roots of the Vidyalaya.
Chief Guest, His Excellency Shri Banwarilal Purohit lauded the efforts of the students and congratulated the school on this special day.
The school Principal Mrs. Gulshan Kaur thanked His Excellency Sh. Banwarilal Purohit for sparing his precious time to motivate the students with his exhilarating and inspiring presence. She also acknowledged the support of the School Management Committee and Kendra Committee along with the efforts of students, staff and parents in making this day a red-letter day in the history of the school.
